The Mini NRG Rebound Resistance Band offers a different amount of tension depending on its thickness. A thicker band will be harder a resistance making it ideal for improvements with flexibility, strength and general conditioning.
The Mini Resistance Band can be purchase individually or as a complete set which includes all five bands.
